At ASL Watches, we believe peace of mind is just as important as precision. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage provided for watches purchased through our authorized vendors, as well as warranty coverage related to our servicing work.
All watches purchased through our approved vendors come with a two-year international manufacturer warranty, starting from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with the terms set by the watch manufacturer. The warranty is valid internationally and may be honored by authorized service centers worldwide, depending on the brand’s policies.
Warranty cards or proof of purchase must be presented when making a warranty claim.
The international warranty typically covers faults related to the movement, hands, and internal components that arise from manufacturing defects. Coverage and repair decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s inspection and approval.
The international warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, water damage beyond the watch’s rated resistance, normal wear and tear, aging of materials such as straps or coatings, battery replacement, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Cosmetic changes over time, including scratches or discoloration due to regular use, are also not considered warranty defects.
